Why is Internet so slow in Crofton, this week has been terrible. I work from home and my connection is constantly kicking me off.
I checked our database, but I couldn't find any alerts listed for Crofton lately yrediger. I would recommend that you try some troubleshooting steps first to see if you can improve your speeds. We've got a great document for this here.

The issue is not my pc or my laptop or my ipad. The mps is so slow I get kicked of my citrix connetion to work.
There is an issue with my neighbours as well. Something must be going on.
Other than looking for trouble tickets, did this go to tier 2 support, or do I have to call in for that?
Have any diagnostics been run? I happen to know that some node work was being done a while back but that should be completed by now.

I can take a closer look into this for you, but there is some information I'd like to go over first which would be helpful. If node work was being done a while back, it is likely completed at this point as shaw-matt mentioned we apparently do not have any service alerts/maintenance in the area.
What sort of speeds are you getting (download and upload)?
Is there any difference between a wired or wireless connection?
Is the performance better or worse at certain times of the day?
Whether or not any issues have been escalated, I can't tell without looking at your account in more detail. If you could first please respond to my above questions, we can go from there and find out what is going on.
Have you seen any improvement lately? If not, we can definitely help if you can get back to us with your answer's to shaw-colin's questions.
Yes, the Internet is much better this past week or so. I am no longer kicked off or disconnected several times a day. No new error messages.
What has changed? Upgrade of some sort? Before you answer I should tell you I work for a telecom.
