it's my IT Support desk and they said my phone is cracking...I have two phones...I tried both but they still can't hear me? I used my Iphone and connected but can't stay too long online to fix a software problem...I'm bundled my cable, phone and internet are Shaw
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble that you've been noticing when you're connected to that number. Is this the first time that you've noticed this problem? If it isn't, have you noticed one-way voice path when on the phone to local numbers? Also, are they able to contact you by phone (as opposed to you calling them) to test to see if this issue is happening only during outbound calling?
