I just lost the sound to all of my TV channels. Is this a function of the new digital box?
That definitely should not be occurring, do you know the model#/brand of the digital box you have?
Have you tried removing the power cord temporarily to reboot it?
The digital box was recently installed by Shaw as part of your upgrade. I will try rebooting .. J
Rebooting did not solve the problem. Am I the only Shaw customer experiencing this problem tonight?
I'll investigate further at this end and see if we have any other reports of this issue.

Ok, it seems we do have a service interruption affecting customers located in Creston, BC and other areas that are fed from this area.
The issue described as digital breakup occurring on multiple channels, including: 3,13,45,48,52,200,201,202,203. They have technicians investigating currently.

I am watching Channel 25 and I am having this problem. I assume that Shaw will deduct an amount from my monthly bill to reflect this non-service?

When the sound does come on, which it does periodically, it makes a sound of loud, staccato gunfire - most annoying. Is Shaw investigating this issue?
