Please advise me how I can access the USB on my cisco wireless modem DPC 3825.

I would like to put my USB external hard drive on it for my networked computers and

smartphone to access. Thanks

Not going to work on the DPC3825, the feature has been disabled in the firmware.

Follow-up question

Has Shaw contacted Cisco & its OEM to request the firmware be updated

to make this feature functional for we users?

If not, why not?

I tried sending the request to the president of Cisco twice but so far he has

not deigned to reply.

Please get this fixed.

Thank you.
