When you change chanels there is a long delay before the channel changes and message shows up indicating that it is processing A.....?, shaw on demand does not work.I changed it out with a similar box that I have and the problem has gone away
If I understand, you've changed out the problem box with a different one which does not have these problems, is that correct? If so, have you tried hooking the first box back up to see if resetting it has fixed anything? By unplugging it and plugging it back in, it will reboot which could help to resolve the problems you've mentioned.
If not, can you please let me know which error message you're getting when trying to access VOD?
