When I set up my new cable box I do not have any sound . How do I fix it ?

I'd definitely need to know more about the setup in order to properly help you. What type of connection are you using to connect the cable box to the TV? Are you using an audio receiver? Are you getting picture? Try some of the steps listed in that document and if things still aren't working for you, try and describe your setup and what you are experiencing for me. I'll be able to better assist then.
