Just replacing my DCX3400 that recently boat anchored with a DCX3510 that I picked up on Friday. I got around to installing and activating it yesterday at 5pm but after the 'boot' message the unit was displaying 'noCP' until I went to sleep at around midnight. I cycled the power and tried to activate it before bed again and when I got up this morning it was still displaying 'noCP'. Never had troubles in the past activating my DCT3416 or DCX3400. There are no splitters between the line and the 3510. Now the online activation says 'an error has occurred' and now I can't try any more online activations.
Other than jumping through the hoops to call support has anyone else had this issue with the DCX3510 and found a solution?
