Sorry that you're having some trouble accessing the Customer Centre. The service is undergoing maintenance at the moment, but it should be available again soon.
Try again tomorrow, or the next day... If it continues past that, then have to get in touch with Shaw support.
I have had the same issue as you and it has been almost a year now. Talked with so many reps and no one has fixed my issue. They have deleted my account many of times and I has to sign up many of times and still didn't fix the issue. If they keep saying try again tomorrow that's not going tofist the issue, it's there server that's causing the conflicof within the accounts.
ANyways I'll try again tomorrow to log on and many months down the road but will still not be able to.
I say this from expereince, that if it doesn't work, try again tomorrow, often it fixes itself (or someone on the back-end is working on things) to be broken for months, is a very different issue.
It isn't as complex as, you get the error for a day, and your account is broken forever... However I did have an issue in the past where it required someone else to go and fix my account - I wasn't happy with the way they fixed it, but there wasn't anything I could do about it at that time...
Can you try to access the Customer Centre again at shaw.ca/occ? If it doesn't work and you're receiving an error, please let me know so that we can look into this from our end, as the service is currently operating normally.
I got same problem as this I can access the shaw.ca/occ but not the
and I cannot access my shaw open wifi anywhere.
This was escalated last night by one of our support members. We have tested multiple accounts and are not seeing issues this morning. Are you still unable to get to access this page? If so, please try resetting your browser. Instructions can be found here https://community.shaw.ca/docs/DOC-1514
When I typed in, and copied and pasted, https://my.shaw.ca I was redirected to www.shawconnect.ca. Is that what's supposed to happen?
Yes, my.shaw.ca has been replaced by www.shawconnect.ca so it will redirect when you try to access it.
Okay. Wasn't sure. Thanks for the info.
Have you tried http://signon.shaw.ca? I was there a few minutes ago, and logged in without incident.
