i have one HD channel that is now showing up as "authorization failed". It has worked fine up until last night and we have only had cable connected for a month. What is wrong?

Its the ID channel - 172. I am wondering if i was just given a preview which has now expired? I've only had cable for about 3 weeks.
Ah, Investigation Discovery had been on a free preview until today, so that's why it's showing Not Authorized for you at the moment. It's either a pick and pay channel or in the Entertainment 1 theme pack, depending on what kind of cable package you've got. If you wanted to look into adding it, I can help.
