I have a Pace DC758 with an expander....when I try to access my recorded programs it says the DVR is not available. I've done all of the unplugging the SATA cable/power and unplugging the Pace then reconnecting it all and it still doesn't work. The on screen guide for the past 3 days has had no info.
When I switched to Shaw i was told i had a lifetime warranty on this box as I am a "Triple Play' customer. I am not impressed that this box has started to act up after only a couple of years.
I have other PVR's in the house with money invested in those...I would entertain the idea of a Gateway as long as it doesn't cost me any money.
Can someone from shaw please advise with this issue.
