Online TV guide has been unavailable all day. What do I do?

When you check your guide, does it show 'To Be Announced' for all channels? If that's the case, but you still get a picture, you may be able to fix this simply by removing the power from your cable box for 30 seconds, reconnecting it then giving it about 30 minutes to be fully restored. If this doesn't work, you can also try removing the power then removing the coaxial cable from the cable box and from the wall, then reconnecting them.
If you're not having any luck though, or if you're seeing something different (such as nothing come up at all when you want to check the guide), please let me know.
