My Samsung HD TV is skipping from ch. 4 to ch. 6. Because of this, I'm not able to view the Shaw TV listings on ch. 5. Does anyone at Shaw or someone in this forum know how I can fix this problem?

In preparation for our Digital Network Upgrades (please seeShaw's Digital Network Upgrade (DNU), the traditional TV listings channel is no longer available in many areas and you will require a digital cable box which comes with an interactive digital guide. As you already get the digital guide when you have a digital cable box, removing this channel allows us to bring you other exciting new channels. If you would like to provide your city I will be able to confirm if that is the case here, and I would also be happy to send you a private message if you would like more information on adding a digital cable box.
What happens if you just enter 05 on the remote? Does it go to channel 5, but nothing there?
