I had several months of recordings on my PVR and one day they were all deleted and now my PVR box won't record anymore??
I bought this PVR, is there anything I can do through Shaw to have it looked at or trade it in for something newer?
Sorry to hear about the problems you are experiencing with recordings, could you tell me what happens when you try to set a recording? Do you see any error message(s) presented? Are you able to set the recordings in the guide but it just doesn't record? We would definitely like to help you get this issue resolved, so that you may start recording again.
