i dont have cable tv connection since yesterday. all channels shows on the screen "to subscribe to this channel please call Shaw" its newly installed its been my 2nd week now I think. its my first time with shaw.

I can assist you with getting this straightened out. That problem can usually be fixed by resetting the digital cable box. Let's start by resetting it at your end please. To do that - unplug the power and coax cable from the back of the box for a minute, then put it back together.

I tried to unplug the box but not the coaxial before but it doesnt work. so i decided to call the shaw, i dont know what happened they fixed it and its ok now.
