I'm travelling and cannot send email. I can receive them. I use outlook 2013. Message I get is: outlook cannot connect to your outgoing SMTP email server. At home it works just fine. Can someone from Shaw Support help me please?

Most likely your outgoing server is set to use one of our mail servers on port 25, which won't actually work outside of our own network. If you update this to use mail.shaw.ca on port 587 with encryption (TLS/SSL) turned on, this should allow you to send email.
You can update your outgoing details by following these steps to get into the Account Settings section (selecting Account Settings instead of Add Account). Once you're in, make sure your outgoing mail server is set to mail.shaw.ca, then follow these steps:
1. Click More Settings
2. Click Outgoing Server at the top
3. Check 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
4. Click Advanced
5. Set the outgoing port to 587 and select TLS for the encryption type
Hopefully this allows you to send email now, but let us know if you're still having trouble.
