My internet dropped yesterday and hasn't come back online since. I've already tried doing a full reset, unplugging the coaxial cable and the power and still nothing. After the ds link becomes solid the us light blinks for about a minute before the entire modem resets. I was told by the call center that there's either an issue in the local area or theres an issue with the modem. The modem is a Cisco wifi modem.
