I can connect to my wifi, however it says "limited" and I have no internet access.
I have tried to disconnect the modem and reconnect no difference.
This has been going on for 4 days now. Please help!!!!

Have you got more than one wireless device/computer you can test? I would recommend that you give the steps we've got here a try to see if this helps fix the problem. Let me know if you're not having any luck and we'll look into it further.
I have 5 different wifi devices, I am on Shaw Open right now. I have no problems with any of my devices as they are all able to connect to Shaw Open. Tried all the list twice Matt, and still experiencing the same problem.
Same thing here---I am always losing connection
And I am getting very frustrated with Shaw
Can you tell us if you are using a wireless connection? Have you tried a wired connection, and do you still lose the connection this way?
