thinking i messed up the activation process and only get a orange power light and the number 53. How do I start over?
If you just tried activating a new cable box but it's not working yet, please try disconnecting the power for 10 seconds from the box, then reconnect. If you're still not receiving your channels after this, you can try the activation again at Online Activation for new Digital Terminals. If it's still not working after a second try please be sure to let me know here, and I'll be able to take a closer look.

Tried unplugging and replugging, can't get it to work. just sits there displaying 53
