I have tried to login to Shaw Go Wifi in Safari browser on an IPhone and IE on a Windows Phone 8, and on both devices, the login page strips the @shaw.ca from the email field after I add my password and submit. It then returns a "Please enter a valid email address" message.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Also, when I try to add the MAC addresses manually on Shaw Customer Care, I keep getting the error message "This service is currently unavailable . Please try after sometime." I have tried using Chrome, Firefox, and IE9.
