I have no picture or sound, but the remote turns the tv on. I power cycled, and still nothing.
First, use the TV remote to look at which input the TV is on. It's possible that the TV somehow changed to the wrong input and doesn't have a signal.
Second, if the TV is on the correct input, pull the power cord to the 3200 for half a minute. After it finishes rebooting and the time is back on the display, turn the HD box back on so it has the blue light again. If it's a "handshake" issue between the HD box and the TV, that should resolve this.
Do you have any lights on your digital terminal? Which model do you have? What do you see on screen? Black picture with no sound? Or does your TV say No Signal?
I have a blue light on my digital box
If you have a 3510 or 3200, the blue lights shows that the HD box is turned on. Which model do you have and what do you see on your TV?
I have nothing on my screen, I have the newest digital box
I have the 3200.
I judst had the new box installed about 1 month ago, my old box was moved to my bed room and I have no issues with that one.
I have no idea how you can call yourselves a support system my last response to you was at 5:16 it is now 7:35 and still no response from you. I fixed the issue myself.
I have the answer for you I think. Check the input for the TV. In your menu, it might have several options. It might be you have the wrong input like I did. change the input and you should be ok.
