I can't send emails they just go to my outbox
Can you let us know which email client you're using? Are you on a Shaw connection right now or are you using another service provider's internet connection? If that's the case, it might just be a matter of updating your outgoing server details. We've also got a document here with some troubleshooting steps to try. Let us know if you're still having any trouble and we can ensure you can send email again.
Are you getting any error messages from your email program? Or are you using Webmail?
