Both my DCX-3200-M and my DCX-3510-M went off line sometime today while I was at work.
Got the DCX-3200-M to come back online after reboot, but pulling the power on DCX-3510-M for 30 secs, waiting a few minutes for reboot, just ends up back with the APP showing. Tried rebooting a couple of times, no luck.
I see other people having similar issues today with SHAW and if my two different models went down at the same time, then something happened on the service side. So what's going on here?
