Hello my name is Lisa. kootenay, I am having troubles with my home phone it doesn't have a dial tone and it doesn't work. This has happened 3-4 times within these 2 years I've been with Shaw. It's frustrating especially when Shaw fixes the problem and it reoccurs time again what should I do? It's not the batteries, it's not the wiring, I tried plugging and unplugging both the power cord and the phone cord. I know it's a problem from the company's end because it happened before. My landlord gave me an eviction notice says" I breach my contract because I didn't give her my new number when I don't have a new number. Everyone says my phone has been disconnected even though it hasn't and my internet works, my cable works but no home phone?
