We have no TV service for the last two days

We're getting a signal back from your HD box but no signal from your standard definition boxes. When you turn on your HD box, are you getting channels or "one moment please" on every channel?
Goodday, we receive one moment please and a code S0 something and now channels 140 to 999 only
We have also unplugged hdmi cable and power cable with no change, the unit also goes through a reboot every once in awhile all by itself. We also had a lightning storm yesterday around 3:00pm, may be part of this?
The issue most likely started before that lightening storm. Have you reconnected the coaxial cable from the outlet to the box? Is the cable on a splitter or the box's electric cord on a powerbar? Try direct to outlet and socket in case the culprit is the splitter or powerbar.
