handset displays "no line".What will i do?
First check lights on your phone terminal. There should be 4 solid green lights to show that it's getting a signal from Shaw. If no lights, check the electric cord. If less than 4 green lights or some are flashing, reconnect the coaxial cable.
If there are 4 solid green lights, next look at the TEL1 light. If all phones are on the hook or the phone isn't connected to the jack, this will be solid. If it's flashing, time to check that all phones are on the hook.
