My cisco modem has its ds and us lights are blinking and the tv says it needs authorization and doesn't show and shows. I recently sent in my student id to receive the discount on the student package so maybe that did something. I called shaw and was put on hold twice for total of 3 hours and they said it would be fixed in an hour at 5pm yesterday and that didn't do anything obviously. Tried using that quick chat thing on here and no representatives available. So if shaw is still a company can this be fixed?
