I Have tried everything online to get my phone working but it still isn't working. What now?

If you don't have a dial tone, could you check to see how many lights are on your phone terminal? Four solid green lights followed by a solid TEL1 is good. No lights or lots of flashing lights isn't so good.

I have three solid lights. The online light is flashing
A flashing online light means not all of the signal is getting through to the phone terminal. Unscrew the coaxial cable from the back of the terminal and screw it back on. If online keeps flashing, follow the coaxial cable to the wall outlet and do the same there. If it's on a splitter, do the same on both ends of the splitter.
Didn't help. The online light is still flashing
Can you please try resetting the phone terminal by removing the power cable and also the battery from within. With the power cable removed and battery out you should not be seeing any lights on the terminal. Wait about 10 seconds with the lights out and then reinsert the battery and connect the power cable. Wait another 2-3 minutes and again test your phone. If you're still unable to use your phone after this please be sure to let us know so that we can take a closer look.

I already tried that. As well as trying the reset button. Nothing seems to be helping
