Hey everyone,

I recently ended my free TV Cable promotion with Shaw. They charged $545 on my account which was empty. Then they returned the money because I didn't have enough funds, and then my bank charged me $45 for not having sufficient funds in my account!

Why did Shaw cable charge me when the Shaw operator told me that once they take back the equipment, they are not supposed to charge me that amount?

I'm wondering if I am able to get Shaw to pay my $45 back which was charged by my bank because they charged me a fund I wasn't supposed to pay.

Please help me out,
