I feel like I am missing something.
We can definitely help look in to this further, could you tell us which internet speed package you subscribe to?
Has this lower speed issue started recently? Are you testing on WiFi or a wired connection?
I am on the BB 250 plan w/ Shaw, With the wired connection the speed test is showing a BB 100 connection and with wireless the speed test comes back with only a high speed connection. It was just today that it occurred to me that it was slower than it was supposed to be, but it has been this speed ever since the hook up last month.
