I am running Windows 7 (64 bit OS) with Microsoft Office Professional 2013 (32 bit). I've tried to set up Microsoft Exchange in my Outlook 2013 and keep getting told that I cannot set up an Exchange with Office open and that I would have to shut down office and go through 'Start'>'Control Panel' and set up an email exchange through that route (I presume using 'Mail' through 'User Accounts') Panel and set up an email exchange. This doesn't work as I'm told that it cannot connect to internet. This is just a private exchange I'm trying to set up with my Shaw.ca) personal email accounts and perhaps later, if I get it working, I will connect my gmaiil and hotmail accounts. I want the exchange primarily for the synching of contacts and calendar functions with Outlook. Can anyone help?
