My account number starts with 200...every time I sign in to watch global live it tells me my account number should start with 0! It doesn't...what do I do now!

Would you be able to share a screenshot of the page where you are logging in or the error you are experiencing?
Yes, I installed the new Go Global..every time I go to sign in it says my user name or password are incorrect so I use 'forgot password' and it asks for my info but tells me my account number is wrong.
