It started with a single ring. I picked up the receiver and all I get now is a busy tone and am unable to use my phone. I connected a different phone and still just get a busy tone when I connect. Does anyone know what the problem is?
Try connecting a phone directly to the phone terminal instead of house wiring, see if that helps as a starting point
did the masterreset thing and now all seems to be working again. Thanks

I understand that this document is for no dial tone, however the same things to check to check will apply if you hear a busy tone.
Please let me know if you still need help with this after reading.
Tried the direct connect with no luck so I did the master reset thing on the whole system and things now seem to be working again. Must have been a glitch somewhere. cheers
