I am a subscriber of your High Speed 25 plan. For a month plus I have been getting atrocious D/L speeds in the evening. In the day it is fine and I receive approximately 20+ Mbps, but in the evening it is severely limited and will fluctuate between less than 1Mbps to max 1.5Mbps. This is particularly frustrating as I generally only use service in the evening and it becomes unusable, being unable to even stream videos or netflix.
I have gone through all the necessary steps to ensure it is not my end. IE. direct ethernet cable from modem to computer, resetting cable modem and unplugging coaxial cable, as well as try loading computer in safe mode with network access. So I assure you it is not on my end.
I have been a customer for over two years and this is extremely frustrating.
Any help would be very appreciated as I am very close to switching providers.
