My TV is suddenly saying "not authorized".

It was working fine yesterday morning.
We've called Shaw a couple of times already this week for reception problems (sorry).
This sounds like an account issue, usually to do with something needing to be refreshed on Shaw's end. This link: https://community.shaw.ca/docs/DOC-1204 provides some troubleshooting specifically designed for the "Not Authorized" issue, and I'd encourage you to try these. However, if these all fail, I'd definitely recommend contacting a Shaw Technical Support agent directly, by chat, phone or e-mail (though the latter may have a longer response time than a live agent). A few other questions to consider would be; If you have multiple cable boxes, are they all being affected? Are all channels being affected, or only a select few?
