When I turn my tv on, I get "An error occurred during playback. Please insure all connections are secured and network connectivity is active".
Unplug the power to the Gateway, and the Portal, then plug the Gateway back in, give it 5 minutes to boot back up, and plug the Portal back in.
Hi shaw22, did unplugging your equipment restore the connection?
If not, I would then recommend unscrewing and reconnecting the coaxial cable from the portal to the wall outlet.
