Visited Shaw customer support as sometimes its just nice to be there in person. Also not getting anywhere with the "online help"
Wifi has always been slow, loosing connection. Technician has been out, things got no better. So they advised at Shaw that a reboot was necessary, went home, no luck, called tech support, spent 4 hours on phone and trying numerous procedures. So now the status is, can see the router, but unable to access. So have gone from slow to none.
Suggestion yesterday was replace their router, same as before, so now waiting for tech October 3. Think he'll have a replacement router?
