no light of greeen in phone line1/2 ... no light of green on line 2
all other lights are solid and lit ..can someone please tell me what to do to solve this issue

I have done all of these things, checked ALL connection three times.. reset unit. made sure phone itself is properly connected.. nothing is working.. I need the phone because I am disabled.. and I need to be able to make contact with my councilors and doctors offices etc.. no phone ..I cannot even call shaw tech help line
