On my home computer and Iphone saying Shaw Mail wrong password
Sorry to see that you can't access your email at the moment fdenny.
To be sure your password is good, can you try signing into Webmail at http://webmail.shaw.ca? If this works, then it's going to be related to the settings on your devices. If it doesn't though, then what you can do is sign into the Customer Centre at http://www.shaw.ca/occ (click Create An Account if you haven't done so already) to change it. The option to do so is under Internet on the left followed by Manage Email and Webspace.

Interesting, my wife and I have separate Shaw e-mail accounts. Hers works fine when you ask for an update. Mine still says incorrect password on computer and IPhone. When I try and log into Shaw Webmail it just hangs

Okay, thanks for confirming your email address. Can you try signing into Webmail again and checking your email on your devices?
For the Customer Centre, can you check to see if compatibility view is enabled in IE10? You can check this under the Tools menu at the top (if you don't see it, press ALT on your keyboard to bring it up at the top).
