Pvr not displaying channels

I can't view my bill because I don't know my account number. I set up account and was watching tv when pvr lost signal. I reset the box several times but no difference. I only receive 3 channels and menu appears complete. I can see what's playing on the menu but it keeps saying not authorised it subscription service. When I first plugged in my pvr all channels I ordered appeared to be working normal.
