Hmm, I haven't seen any reports for issues in that area yet. Have you tried any troubleshooting yet? If you have and it still isn't working, what lights are on your modem?
All the lights on the modem are on.
Did you try all of the troubleshooting listed, including connecting a computer directly to the modem?
