NO dial tone on any home phone this morning, even one phone which is not digital. They were working last night .....why the problems today. I love the monopoly Rogers has created ..... no competition means you can offer poor service without worry.
Do apologize for any inconvenience you are experience. Shaw customers are currently experiencing some issues with phone service, however I can't speak to if Rogers customers in Hamilton since they took over from Shaw in that area. If it is the case that those Rogers customers in Hamilton are affected by this, we do have teams working to resolve the issue now.
