I had 2 e-mails from prospective jobs saying they have tried calling me this morning but my phone is out of service, I really hope seniors are not in need of 911 help, I think all affected Shaw customers need a credit to their account for this.
I am also wondering about this. I am using my cell phone which will result in increased charges for that. Is there a plan to compensate?
Hear hear, no phone for a few minutes, or even several minutes, might be acceptable, but when it stretches into hours it really gets frustrating. We have a relative in the hospital at the moment, and I do not have a cell phone so I have to use someone else's to check on her.
I definitely feel Shaw owes customers a credit for this.
And I think this goes right across Canada too, is that correct? I am in Calgary
