So my Shaw phone is not working. I followed the instructions on resetting the box. Didn't help.
On the Shaw website I have the option of either calling their support line or sending an email. Since my telephone does not work, I can only send an email (or find a working phone elsewhere perhaps). So, I send an email. They respond with a note saying that it may take up to 3 business days to respond.
Can this be right? Perhaps I am missing something. Is there an on-line technical support area where I can submit a trouble ticket?
