There is currently no dial tone on my Shaw phone. I tried calling it from my mobile and I got the automated message below:
"We are sorry, the number you have dialed is not correct. Please check the number and try the call again."
This is an absolutely inappropriate message. It should state that "the call cannot be connected due to technical difficulties".
The message on there will make people believe they dialed the wrong number.
