I have called and spoken to my customer service man (who was very rude) and was not understanding why I was so upset with the fact that I work from home and NEED me phone line even on a Saturday. So I said I asked him will be refunded the amount of money since the service was down. He actually laughed and said no. I said well I want the money to be refunded on my next bill. So I think we should all do this so that perhaps yes a small perhaps that the company will get hit in the pocket book just a littel by refunding all the accounts that this has effected. Take the few minutes to call your customer service department and do this it might make the company think twice and be more careful with our service that we have paid for.
