I am not able to access the Shaw Go WiFi feature in my Shaw Web account.
I got the following error the the whole morning on Sep 28, 2013.
Can Shaw please investigate why and help to fix the back-end application on Shaw Web account.
There may be a issue with your Shaw account. The first thing to check is if your bill is current. If you are in arrears then access to Shaw open is disabled. There may also be a technical challenge regarding the @shaw.ca email address you are attempting to log on with. To assist you further we would need more information about your account.
