Broadband 50 never getting over 10Mb/s, and Shaw support not returning phone calls

Directly connected to the modem and tested with 3 separate machines using shaw speedtest, plus full time monitoring from my router; the connection is never exceeding 10Mb/s and is averaging less than 5Mb/s.  Machines are confirmed to be fully functional on networks other than Shaw exceeding 100Mbps.


This has been ongoing for the month of September.  I have attempted to call Shaw support, each time waiting on hold as long as I humanly can, and then finally leaving my number for a call back, never to have the call returned.


I called once again at 12:04PM today, received an estimated 20 minute call back notice, and it's now 1:38PM and no call.


Of course, your chat has also been offline for weeks, so I'm attempting to contact someone here.
