I've been with Shaw forever and am a soggy old customer with an old PVR, old modem, old service plan.
My friend at work just switched to Telus and his experience is telling me that maybe Telus has finally improved their customer experience. New LED TV, new equipment, new and cheaper.
I'm looking for more value and new equipment.
In preparation, I am gradually changing all my online email accounts from the "@shaw.ca" email addresses and once done, will want to cancel my service. Where on the site I submit a cancel service request?
