I'm wondering what happened to call backs when calling for support?

I Has to call in to the call centre as my phone lines were down. The system told me the next available agent would be in 7 to 11 minutes but I was on hold for 48 minutes before an agent answered.  This was from my cell phone, and I'm not impressed.  There was a time when Shaw offered a call back service.  Why not now?
