We are trying to play Iron Man 3 that we had rented, but it won't play, and keeps on coming up with an error message with error code 33405. Anyone know what might be causing this? And is anyone experiencing the same problem?
Error code 33465 also shows up.

we are also getting the same error in Victoria. read previous posts and tried unplugging digital box and waiting 30 minutes for reload. Now getting error message 33419. Phone lines all more than 30 min wait.

Hi there, I am having the same problem also. Was watching iron man 3, and 1 hour into it I get error 33419. This was also around 9 pm. And in the Victoria area. So I followed the suggestions on here about unplugging and trying the film again with no luck and then got error 33405, and also phoned into shaw, on hold for well over 30 min waiting for assistance. This is rather frustrating because the family was all home on the same night and everyone works different times the next few days, so we can't even watch the film altogether within the 48 hr time frame which makes it a waste of money. I'm assuming that there are many people having this problem what with the holding time over the phone and the few comments on here, so what is the problem and how do we fix it? Cheers!
How long should we expect this to be down and will we be charged for the movie that we have attempted to rent? It did not play at all but is still showing up in my rentals.
